Our favorite destination: the Algarve in Portugal, and especially the area around Sagres.

A short distance away lies the breathtaking Cape St. Vincent (Cabo de São Vicente), the southwesternmost point of Europe. Surfers from around the world flock to Sagres for its fantastic waves and consistent swell. Praia do Tonel and Praia do Beliche are renowned surf spots that cater to various skill levels. You can also find surf schools along the coast, providing lessons and equipment for those eager to ride the waves.
